Charity Bike Ride for Prostate Cancer
21st July 2012
In September, Martin Nettleton will be embarking on a 136 mile bike ride from Timperley, Manchester to Ross on Wye in aid of the Prostate Cancer Charity.

The ride has been organized by one of our customers and follows on from a ride last year from Old Trafford to Blackpool in aid of the Christie’s Cancer Hospital in Manchester.
This year’s ride is particularly relevant to us at Euroglaze, since one of the lads on the shopfloor has just finished treatment for Prostate Cancer and is waiting for the results of his treatment. He’s out there with sponsor forms, everyone at work is pitching in along with friends and family.
So… Martin would be immensely grateful if you would like to support this good cause. It’s easy to make a pledge via the website that has been set up by the group organizer to enable online sponsorship.
We’ll report to you in September when the ride has been completed. It coincides with Martin’s 18th wedding anniversary. The things some people will do to avoid buying a card!! Thanks in advance for your support, and we await a positive outcome for Barry in the factory!
